New Machine...so different!

After 5 yrs on my M-series A/flex it was time for a new machine. I chose Resmed S9 autoset for her, yea, pink I know but..I cannot believe the difference in everything about it. The breathing is so much easier, it's so quiet compared to other machine. I have the clinicians manual and although it has been slow for me I am learning how to get into that locked part. I haven't tried a download as of yet but plan on doing that today. Just basically can't believe how much improved and changed from those machines of 5 yrs ago. Wonder what machines 5 yrs from now will be like?
