Rescan Problems......help!

Post by bap40 » Thu Feb 21, 2013 9:14 am

My new machine S-9 autoset is wonderful and I love it but am having a problem with the rescan software. It freezes, different screens pop in and out, then program usually just quits. My computer is running windows 7 professional. Now I do have the sleepyhead software downloaded also and that one works just fine. My rescan says it is #3 I think. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Brooke

Try upgrading to the latest version of ResScan...4.2
Look in UncleBob's signature line
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=38643

Just install it..no need to do anything with existing version...4.2 will over write the existing version. Your data should be left intact.
It's still slow but not as slow as versions 3xxxxx

Don't know which 3xxx version you have but if the older version it might not be compatible with the newer S9 machines.
There were several 3.xxx versions.

I forgot...have you seen the video?
While it is for the older version...the basics are the same...have to change the download from summary usage default to all data to include High def graphs.

Try to switch ON Popup Blocker, under "Tool".

Guess Avi is back to not reading my posts again...
My link in my first post goes directly to member profile where the signature line is easily seen. One step clicking..saves a bit of time.

Brooke,

Are you interested to see the stages that I take of getting ResScan to show, nicely on this forum, or you know it?
You are an old timer. Maybe I could learn something from you.
