Deleting Previous Patient Data from F&P SmartStick

Does anybody know how to delete old data (previous patient?) from an F&P Smartstick? I was able to find instructions on how to clear data from the F&P Icon Auto, but not sure how to get the data off the smartstick- I tried importing what data was on the stick onto sleepyhead, and it shows some data from 2011 on the stick.

Ok I believe I figured out how to delete the data from the data stick.

Looks like I need to figure out how to delete data from the F&P Icon Auto. I thought I was able to delete that data but apparently not.

Check your private message box. I sent you a link for the clinical/provider manual for the Icon.
It should show how to reset the machine to erase prior patient therapy hours. It won't reset the machine total run hours though...Total run hours of the machine can't be reset unless by factory tech (at least it is that way on the other brands).

Update us if you get it done. I cleared the stick in mine without problems, but can't get the data to clear in the machine. Near as I can tell I've done what the clinical manual says and it doesn't delete. Sure I'm doing something wrong but not sure what.

I'll trade info on how to get it off the machine with how to get it off the smartstick. Enter clinician menu. Go to the data icon, the little graph thingy, click on it, click on the very top dot, the one with the smiley face. click on the far left dot, to where the hours are listed. Click on it again so that the number flashes, THEN hold it for three seconds.
