Traveling
Traveling
Traveling in the Phillipines and when I plugged my M series cpap power supply in I heard a pop and to no longer works. Now what? Anyone have any ideas? Is there a fuse that I can check. I didn't have it plugged into the machine yet so that should still be good. First nite in and no machine. I don't really want to spend another one without it. Thanks.

Re: Traveling
First thought would be a fuse has blown. Maybe you can find a provider who can diagnose properly, and can provide the correct parts?

Re: Traveling
Test the supply with a volt meter. If the output shows voltage at the connector end, the supply is fine and the problem is the unit. More than likely the supply is bad. The pop was either a fuse or diode. Might not be replaceable. Save yourself the headache and just get a new supply .

Re: Traveling
There are no user serviceable electrical/electronic parts in any xPAP machines (they are regulated medical devices, not consumer electronics).Watts wrote:Now what? Anyone have any ideas? Is there a fuse that I can check.
You need to get it to as service centre
