OMG...you still have it...
let's get to work and see what we can do.

Go get it out and tell us the brand and model number so we know what we are dealing with and can point you to the manual so you can learn about your machine and what it can do and how to set it up.

Model numbers are usually on the bottom of the blower..
Sometimes model names are confusing on the face of the machine but model numbers never lie.

So we need brand and model name and/or model number.

It looks like your insurance wouldn’t pay for a lab titration so an apap was issued. As Pugsy asks do you still have it or was it taken back due to non compliance ?

If you still have the machine we can help you get it setup so you can use it and start getting you treated.

Thank you , I’ll try it again I guess if you can help, I put it away, lol , went to neurologist office 3 months ago to tell them it didn’t work for me and tried for in lab titration, no body cared haha , nobody asked questions , I thought they might be able to look at a read out and they never did , maybe it’s because my dr didn’t issue it to me , so I just waited lol , I had a attorney ask for my medical records and policy maybe he’ll get it straight lol but it’s the ResMed Air sense 10

Go here and download and read this manual.
https://sleep.tnet.com/home/files/resme ... -guide.pdf

And what mask do you have to use?

Grab the clinical manual from here https://sleep.tnet.com/home/files/resme ... -guide.pdf have a read and then go into the clinical settings on your machine and tell us what the pressure range is.

Twin 2 yr olds....I don't envy you at all.
No rush...we will get you headed down a decent direction soon enough.

For myself....9 years experience on cpap/bipap/whatever pap because I change machines like shoes sometimes. Just because I like to experiment.. Same thing with masks.
So 9 years on this forum next month...and lots of cpap experience...and lots and lots and lots of reading.

When you have time go here and see if you can spot your mask unless you happen to still have the package it came in or some of the paperwork.
It really helps us help you if we know exactly what you are using.
And there's a big long list of the masks that "cover the face". Sounds like you had a full face mask of some sort but let's try to make sure what it is.

We all have to pay the bills post when you can.

For me I am a fairly new user been using a machine since October, I am a computer consultant and love technology, so the CPaps and the info they provide interest me. I have complex sleep apnea with elements of OBstructive Sleep Apnea and Central Sleep apnea’s so I needed a specialist machine to treat me. So lots and lots of reading and participating of forums. I am in the UK so things are slightly different here with the NHS so we have a few challenges but the hoops to get adequate treatment seem very similar.

You have plenty of reading ahead, it will also hep us if you complete your profile with the machine and mask when you can.
