Flow rate is just your breathing but you can't tell much by looking at it at this scale. Too scrunched together.
Instead you have to zoom in and see it up close.

Go to the Events tab....then click on Hyponea category....the pick one of those hyponeas at around 5:00...click on it and watch the graphs on the right change. That's the level of zooming in that you need to use for flow rate evaluation.
You may or may not see much of a change in the flow rate around the time of the hyponea flag.
Remember that to earn a hyponea flag the flow reduction doesn't have to be all that much...like 30 or 40 percent and we might not be able to spot that small of a reduction with our eyeballs. I know I have seen some hyponea flag and zoomed in and sit here scratching my head.

As to why the little cluster...probably on your back and in REM. I wouldn't worry about it and I wouldn't try to do anything about it either.
This is your first one but won't be your last. You are going to have more nights with the near 0.0 numbers than like you had last night.
and.....it's a LOT less than 5/hour so..yeah, i'm good with it :-)

The Hypopnea you have highlighted to me looks more like an arousal or roll over it is preceded buy a deep breath then no/reduced breathing certainly not a true Hypopnea.

Ugh I put the card in (unlocked) and it gave the Option to erase. I took it out locked it and it said I needed to unlock. This is the 1st time this has happened so I'm sleeping without the card in. I don't want the data erased what do I do?

either let it erase the card, or go in and erase whatever hidden files your computer put on it.

you've already got the important data in sleepyhead.

Not everything just has to go on the SD card. There is some internal memory on the S9 that stores some of the basics.
So if the card gets left in the computer...and we have an "oh crap" moment the next morning...and we put the SD card in the S9....the S9 still writes the stuff that it has stored in its internal memory to the card....even if you have had to erase the card.

So not all is lost...you have some of the basic summary data available even without the graphs.

You still get hours of use and some sort of close AHI numbers as well as leak numbers and pressure numbers. The stuff that is on the summary statistics gets stored in the S9 internal memory and goes right onto a SD card that gets inserted.
It's not the end of the world....besides...as you have no doubt found out.....your detailed data went from real ugly to real boring overnight. It's rare that it will every be anything but boring with the Adapt.

I know...isn't it great. Finally boring. Well, in sleep apnea anyway. My knee is cracking, and I am having surgery on my left shoulder on the 16th...but, sleep apnea is now boring at least

so....the manual shows I can take the humidifier apart. it shows tabs on the side. I don't see them on the humidifier...weird.

I would like to take it apart so it dries in between uses...most of the water is taken up by morning.

wonder if I can just pull it off...Ive tried tugging a bit, but nothing happens lol

I don't remember which water chamber I had in it.

Was it this one

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... amber.html

Or maybe one of the original chambers that didn't have the tab things on the 4 sides.

Get me a picture of it if you can.
