you turned off the wrong sidebar.

turn off the right sidebar, turn on the left, repost the graphs.
OK thanks.

I only got this far with my partners help & she's going to bed now. Will try to repost again, tomorrow, or as soon as possible.
make it look like the examples in the links in my sig.

Your event flags are turned off. Turn them on by clicking on the bottom left side where it says "Flags" with a down arrow.
Also turn off the "Daily Calendar" (top left under "View").

Your data looks excellent. No apnea events. Did you feel well rested the next day?

[/quotday

Thanks for the reply Ted. I was wondering if she posted enough information to allow others to form an opinion? I guess she did.

The answer is no, I wasn't well rested the next day (Sunday). I was well rested Saturday, and I feel good again, today. The 3 days in between were pretty bad, to the point I could barely function.

I generally practice good "sleep hygiene" , going to bed at the same time, avoiding screens at night, etc. Not sure what the next step is.......?

I have a Dr appt next Tuesday. He's a pulmonary specialist, and is the one who got me on cpap last year. I'd like to go to him armed with better knowledge, and maybe an informed opinion about the next step to take. I will spend time today, reading about how to analyze my sleep data.

I also welcome any further feedback or suggestions.
