I’m over 10 years with this problem and as far as I can see it’s something to with sleep apnea, I only got diagnosed with apnea this year

Thanks pugsy, Im trying higher pressure on paleriders advice so I’m waiting on him getting back to me later. It’s a work in progress.
I'm still waiting for you to raise the min pressure to where the pressure line doesn't keep jumping up when something bothers your sleep.

You say you feel like you're sleeping better at lower pressure, *but* you keep waking up... You're not having hypopneas, or apneas, the AHI shows that, .... however, you are having periods of flow limitations, which do disturb sleep.

I'm trying to eliminate that sleep disturbance with more pressure.

The last pic you posted showed a min pressure of 5.8, of course, that could be a SH bug.

It looks like 9, maybe 10 is needed, based on the last chart.

That min pressure is not correct , it was set to 8 , it was either the ramp or sl bug, I will up it to 9 from 8 tonight and see how that goes

Not the first time we've seen errors like that with SH.

I may be wrong, you may not sleep better with more pressure... but *most people* do... (not everyone, I'll grant you), but it's a fairly easy test... 9, give it a few days... see if you start feeling better, (and wake up to pee less).

OP, MoonBoots ~~~

~~~ *my* fingers crossed for you too!
(I'm also a VLBP p)
Began XPAP May 2016. Autoset Pressure min. 8 / max 15. Ramp off. ERP set at 2. No humidity. Sleepyhead software installed and being looked at daily, though only beginning to understand the data.
As you can see from my chart I have been increasing my minimum pressure by 1 a night , now up to 13, and set the max to 20, I’m goimg to keep going up until the graph flattens out. I’m not feeling any worse or better. One problem I noticed is when I went for 12 to 13 my mouth is very dry, when I increased the humidity it gave me a wet mask, is this when I should Increase the temperature of the headed tube? Also are there any health issues with minimum pressure been very high besides swollowing air.
Yes
Why?
I would stop with the increases if it were me.
AHI of less than 1.0 is pretty darn good and there's nothing wrong with having some movement of the pressure line as long as that movement doesn't disturb a person's sleep. If you want a flat pressure line change it over to cpap mode.
the reason im increasing the pressure is i am still waking up to go to the toilet 3 or 4 times and from all the tests and stuff i have no underlining condition except apnea so my plan top follow palerider advice to keep going up until that improves and if it doesn't then i will drop back and i will know its not pressure related.
Okay. Reasonable experiment.
Why not cut to the chase and used fixed pressure that is high and see if the pee breaks reduce or the wake ups reduce?
Fair point, this is just the way I decided to do, it gives me a chance to adapt to the pressures and if I went to 20 and it worked I would still have to work my way back down in increments , as always your input is appreciated
are you saying I need to go even higher, I’m afraid I will feel even worse ?
Yes, I am.
Be afraid, and do nothing, or conquer your fear and get used to better sleep... Your choice.
I have been increasing my pressure but every time I increase my minimum my max seem to increase, I’m not feeling any worse or better, still headache , fog , not up as much to pee but still up at least twice a night, my question should I keep increasing my min pressure or are my problems else where?
