I‘m still getting Ultra Low results after not using a nasal decongestant called Otrivine. Coincidence... I think not.

I can't use my APAP for 3 weeks due to nasal surgery and I can definitely now tell how well the treatment was working.

Good job on the numbers though I don't get how some of you can sleep for under 7 hours and function.

I need at least 8 to feel decent.

I agree less than 8 hours is not enough.
If my AHI is above 2.0 I am usually aware of a lot of tossing and turning all or part of the night. A few nights ago I got 8 hours with no break and AHI of 0.1. Not perfect but close enough for me. I have also seen zeros at 4 or 5 hour bathroom breaks. No the break don't last 4 hours. The sleep before them does.

Thanks for your replies. Last night was 2:41 at “0” with first toilet break & 7:18 at “0.9” I read you shouldn’t have anything to drink 90 minutes before bedtime so that you get the first good few hours of sleep. I usually just take a sip of water to moisten my mouth before sleep.
ResMed MyAir App gives 70/70 points for 7 hours of sleep. I always try and get 7 but I’m always over the minimum of 6. My health insurance sets a minimum of 4 hours usage a night, way too low.

The MyAir app is pretty cool. My 30 day average AHI is going to drop rapidly soon as those bad days drop off the left hand side. As you can see I’m 100% over 4 hours but on occasions under 6 due to my work.
