What do I do with this sleepyhead app?

Post by jason423 » Fri Mar 09, 2018 8:00 pm

Hi, I don't post too often here. I've downloaded the sleepyhead app, and its just a bunch of stuff I don't understand. How do I decipher, and what exactly am I looking for?

Three links below should help. Sleepyhead also has a help tab.

in addition to ted's links, please see the second post above under the ANNOUNCEMENT section titled pugsy's pointers on sleepyhead or some such.

me, i don't pretend to understand sleepyhead graphs. i just post a graph here and ask questions.

the three links below ted's post will show you how to gather the info, format it properly and then post it here for others to help you with.

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

I use something else, my machine can't use it, but it's very important to see what your treatment is doing. Jim
