Hmm it looks like your min epap may be a bit low maybe push it up a bit higher by 0.2 per night rather than 7 and see how it goes ? This should reduce the Hypopnea as recommended in the Resmed ASV titration guide but it could make you feel worse as Pugsy says some times leaving alone can also be the best medicine.

If you go back and look at the results before the illness or pain or poor sleep issues started messing with things she was getting AHI 0.0 and/or less than 1.0.
So these settings do work and work quite well.

I am afraid that the bulk of what all the ugly shown here is SWJ and no amount of more EPAP is going to fix SWJ ugly.
Chasing SWJ ugly just means we end up going in circles and it will drive a person crazy.

oh boy. I came home with a DreamStation Autosv. BUT, she is putting in a request for the Aircurve because I said I'm having WONDERFUL results from my s9. I will try it for one night....then...we'll see. It isn't supported by Sleepyhead :'( wonder if there's another type of program.

the settings are 18....22 highest. I really think this is a big mistake but we'll see by tomorrow. not sure why it isn't lower, then when I have a central, it ramps up. :?: She said this Dr has higher prescriptions in his patients. Now I'm missing my old Dr :( :?
