I've been consistently getting AHI around 3. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower. Is it possible to improve my numbers? I guess an AHI of 3 isn't horrible, so if there's nothing that jumps out at you for changing, I'm sure I can live with 3, I'd just like to optimize if it's possible. I've been using p10 nasal pillows with a chin strap to keep my mouth closed. My pressure is 11-15. I had the low at 12 for a while, but switching to 11 helped with aerophagia and didn't change my AHI. Below is a range of sleepyhead data.

Re: Time to reassess
To improve your AHI you need more pressure but you are also trying to balance mouth leaking and bloating. Since you are searching for what works best, my suggesting is to switch to CPAP so it is easier to determine what pressure feels good and how well it works. For example you may feel better and have a lower AHI with a CPAP of 13 then letting it bounce around between 11 and 15.
