Why are my Symptoms getting worse since using CPAP
Well basically its been almost a month since ive been using the CPAP Its a ResMed elite i reduced my episodes from 46 to 3 or zero. i can honestly say i dont feel as tired as i did pre therapy -i have more energy -im not falling asleep as i used to -i dont have microsleeps at work -my face isnt swal...

from mild to medium brain fog after starting CPAP
hi guys, ive been suffering from sleep apnea for 3 years, last months it got worse, got a sleep study and i found out i had around 43 episodes per hour. back in decemeber inwas desling with the usual symptoms micro sleepinng or falling asleep very quick at work, mild brain fog etc... just started us...
