You can see that before the CAs, your airway was fully open (based on the high peak flow rates), so after a few breaths under high pressure, the need for breathing efforts is temporarily reduced, kinda like hyperventilation.
For sleep quality, you need to optimize the pressure settings to reduce flow limitations.
