Under the settings menu there is a mask fit option. It is best trying to fit your mask while lying down because that is how you generally use it.
You put the mask on and choose mask fit. Adjust the mask to minimize or eliminate leakage.

Sorry Julie, I'm just trying to figure out how this works with an automatic PAP. I would go into clinical settings and just change the minimum pressure to equal the maximum pressure?

@prodigyplace: I remember doing the mask fit option when I was starting out, and it never, ever gave me a smiley face. I asked the vendor guy and he said, don't use Mask Fit, it never works. ;) I like your suggestion to try testing it lying down.

IF you have an auto machine... you can turn it into a plain Cpap by changing the 'mode' and therefore not have to equalize pressures to one point, but you can't do the reverse with a Cpap.
