What are your pressure settings?

Looks like your wide open settings 4 min and 13 max settings ....the minimum is a bit too low. Maybe 6 or 7 or 8 would do a better job preventing those apnea clusters.

Please review the links in my sig before posting again, it'll save you a lot of time in the long run, since you only need *one* screenshot per day.
I'd raise your minimum pressure to 8cm, maybe 9, to start off with.

Welcome to the forum. If you want to have less events due to obstruction, you need higher pressure. Do you see how the machine raises pressure when these events occur? If your pressure was already higher, those events may not happen. Increasing the lower pressure limit should help.
You also have a number of event labeled CA. They may be truly CA, or they may be due to obstruction, or due to arousals. My suggestion is to get the obstructions better controlled and then let's see about the rest.
