I have mailed cpap stuff to the UK.
Just need one small customs form filled out and a little extra cost..maybe $20.
Mark it as a gift and declare it as "used cpap mask" with minimal value to avoid potential import taxes which are usually waived anyway for medical equipment but it's easier to just declare a nominal value.
Usually takes about 7 to 10 working days.
Tracking number is the customs paperwork number and no need to go with Priority because once it leaves the US all bets are off anyway unless someone does the overnight delivery thing and that is REALLY expensive.
