Hello,
I have central sleep apnea and use/own a Phillips Respironics System One 960 machine that is about 3 years old.
I am going to retire at the end of this year and am trying to choose what type of medicare to get.
I have the option of Kaiser through my union or can go outside and choose something else.
My primary concern is being able to obtain a new machine when needed.
I am wondering what experiences people have had with Kaiser, sleep apnea, and obtaining asv machines? I don't even see where Kaiser patients near me go for sleep MDs.
Do they rent the machine or can they buy it?
I live in northern Virginia.

Re: ASV machine medicare
Everything I've read says rent forever;
But you need to check with the insurance in your area.
