Nosebleed

Post by zinnia » Sun May 20, 2018 12:49 pm

had a nosebleed this morning and still experiencing a little blood several hours later. I've read that nosebleeds with a C-Pap mask can be caused by low humidity. I have my humidity set at the highest level - 8 and the temperature at 82. Any suggestions?

Unless the bleed happens frequently when using CPAP, the bleed and CPAP may not be related. I hope that your problem resolves.

You might try a nasal saline gel before masking up. I had irritation at first and applied the gel gently with a swab. The gel lasts longer than a spray.
