A situation worthy of some real anger. Personally I don't mind venting (I do it myself) as long as no inaccurate information about machines seems to be implied.

I found this forum BEFORE my equipment was issued,
and was able to avoid much of the grief intended for me.
Too bad we cannot reach everyone at this early a point,
or even earlier. :cry:
In any case, it is never too late to share and use solutions
to eventually optimize our therapy.
