Bought a 2nd-hand CPAP to use until Dr. appt. Can you help me use this properly?

Go ahead and give SleepyHead a try. I think you get get a close estimate on AHI and maybe a 95% leak number.
No event category breakdown though.
That's all that you can get...if you can get that but I think I remember seeing some limited data from the half assed brick AirSense 10 CPAP.
that's not a bad idea at all. it will help him get used to sleepyhead, too. like how to get graphs lined up and the like.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

I thought the AirSense 10 CPAP only did compliance and setting data. Can someone verify this?

We've got ResScan reports from the AirSense 10 CPAP models showing generic AHI (no categories given) and what is presumably a 95% leak number reported.
Someone with the half assed brick was kind enough to verify using ResScan.
Let me see if I can find the thread.

Looks like nightly average AHI, sort of like the old Escape Auto.

That is much better for OP. He can get some limited data about his treatment.

I do need to find a card reader.
Most laptops and desktops have a SD card reader. It's a small slot, and it's easy to overlook. If you don't see it right away, here is how to check - https://itstillworks.com/check-pc-sd-slot-8404707.html

I googled model 37015. If that's the correct number, it is the automatic!

Per ResMed product code list it's the regular fixed cpap.

37015....AirSense 10 CPAP which is of course not the automatic model.
See image attached.

Ok, that site was wrong. Beware of information from the internet!

The manufacturer's website is obviously more trusted.

All Airsense computers are data compatible. I'm pretty sure you will be able to use SleepyHead.

When you get a CPAP from your insurance, hold on to this one in case you need a spare.

As is so very typical with what you say, you're wrong.

37015;Resmed;AirSense 10 CPAP;AirSense™ 10 CPAP Machine with HumidAir™ Heated Humidifier

Just do everybody a favor and stop posting.

SleepyHead needs the detailed data files to generate any summary data (AHI, leak, pressure, etc)....ResScan doesn't.
Because of this if someone uses the AirSense 10 CPAP you get the "you got a useless brick" message from SH. The files are missing that SH needs for even the summary data.
The half ass brick doesn't write any detailed data files to the SD card. SH is incompatible with the AirSense 10 CPAP because of that.
ResScan isn't but why bother with ResScan when you can see the same half assed data on the machine's LCD screen?

I have no idea if the new updated SleepyHead version (in the works right now) will be any different...and don't go asking me when either. I am not a part of that endeavor.

So this statement is incorrect. SH is NOT compatible with the AirSense 10 CPAP since it can't document the summary data that the half assed brick does record.
