Nasal EPAP (Provent, Bongo, etc) sucks for me. I could see how oral EPAP might work in my case. Oventus doesn't seem to list a lot of providers on their website to mold this dental device unfortunately.

My surgery was successful and I didn't use the CPAP in the OR. The anesthesiologist said they take total control over my breathing while I'm out so it's no issue at all. I did spend the first night in the hospital recovering sleeping with my CPAP though which was a big help.
