Certainly looks wrong, doesn't it? I can reproduce the problem and have logged this as an issue.

I've been using OSCAR for a couple of weeks, backing up into Sleepyhead every week or so. I've been trying to check in pretty much daily because my AHI has not returned back to "normal"(usual?) since a recent surgery...I'm still having discomfort that disrupts my sleep. Anyway, this morning when I checked OSCAR, it said my AHI was 0.0. Lovely as that would be, I found it hard to believe.

It had been a few days, so I downloaded the past week's data into Sleepyhead. My AHI for last night was actually 0.51.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the discrepany or should I just chalk it up to a glitch because OSCAR is in beta?

Thank you!

We need to know about these "discrepancies" so we can do something about them. So, thank you for your report with the images.

Could you try this: In OSCAR, use Data/Advanced/Purge Selected Day to remove that day and then import it again. If Oscar is still showing 0.0, before exiting Oscar, select Help/Show Debug Pane. In the debug pane, right click and Select All. Paste into a text file and attach that to your reply to this message. If Oscar is still showing 0.0, we will probably need a zipped copy of your SD card to try to reproduce and debug the issue.

Quick question.. In the event types What does the number in parenthesis mean?

This is one big difference between OSCAR and SleepyHead, The OSCAR team actively desires this feedback to identify, and more importantly, correct these issues. With SleepyHead they were either fixed in the next major release or they fell into the proverbial bit bucket. FYI, most of the issues we are currently working on have been verified as existing in SleepyHead.

How many there were.

In the event plot, the number is the ordinal number of that particular event, its position in the counting order of 1 to N.

I had posted in thread, incorrectly, and someone suggested purging/reimporting. That did not work. (PaleRider told me to post here :) , thanks!)

I tried to attach the text file to this message, but got an error message that it is an invalid file extension.

I know I could copy and paste the data right here, but it's 33 pages  . I don't really think that would be a good idea. I'm sorry, I don't think I'm tech stupid but I need a bit of guidance.

BTW, it's only that one day that says 0.0, the last 2 have been fine.

Ive been running Sleepyhead for a number of years, and decided to Install OSCAR. The Installation seemed to be going well, with OSCAR transferring my old Sleepyhead files. However, when OSCAR opened, I got a popup telling me that OSCAR needs to upgrade its database for Philips Respironics System One, and that I need to backup my database. (I've attached a screenshot, since I can't seem to post it in the message window). Whether I answer Yes or No, a window opens showing my data file, and then OSCAR shuts down.. I've made a copy of the file, but every time I try to open OSCAR the same thing happens.
What confuses me is that I do not have a Respironics CPAP; I had been using a ResMed S9 and recently upgraded to a ResMed AirSense10. I had previously updated my profile on Sleepyhead to show the change in machines.

Any ideas on what's causing this and, mopre importantly, how can I correct this so I can use OSCAR? If it matters, my computer is running Windows 7, 64 .

The debug log you sent me seems to show that you were importing data from the SleepyHead backup files into OSCAR, not from the SD card. Try importing from the SD card instead of reimporting from SleepyHead every time. There's generally no need to import from the Sleepyhead backups more than once to get started.

A trendline would be great in the overview. This can be achieved in various ways through either filtering, averaging or fitting. In effect, it would give an idea of whether things are getting better, worse or are stable by de-emphasizing daily variations. I currently export my data and do this in a different package, but I think most people here would appreciate this functionality. Happy to talk more

Sorry, I haven't been on for a few days so I've just seen your reply.

I use a Flash SD card and FlashPap to import my data. As far as I know, the setup has always been the same,
1. Scan FlashAir SD card
2. Copy xPap data for selected date(s)
3. Exit and Run Tracking Software (I did change that from Sleepyhead to OSCAR)

Once OSCAR opens, I click on the CPAP importer as I have always done. Maybe I have directed it to the wrong location? But it doesn't look like it is labeled as a backup location.

I use FlashPap too; it is certainly useful. So C:/Users/...../Desktop/SLEEPyheadDATA is the name of your FlashPap directory?

I do see unusual messages about the period from Feb 2, 2018 through April 3,2018. But that's in the past and shouldn't affect today.

Is OSCAR consistently reporting AHI of 0.0? If you move back a day at a time, do you find a time when AHI was being reported correctly?
