I don't check the PH of it, I don't paint or build walls with it, I don't throw it at people standing outside of my cage, I flush it. Jim
Due to metformin, I need to flush at least twice--sometimes the bowl brush is a MUST.
NO WAY that (censored) is staying around any longer than I can get rid of it.
Ample supply of soluble fiber helps reduce the frequency, but the met helps with glucose control.
It is much easier now that I use a CGM. I can test as often as I feel like. 18x yesterday.
Any food they blame for constipation--yeah, right; fairy tales.
Last 6 months added 2000 mg of Metformin daily, on top of the Glyburide drug, and Insulin of course, I keep boxes of Imodium all around the house, I don't know how long you can take them or how many, I avg one or two daily. I think it depletes Magnesium levels also, that's why I'm boosting the Magnesium. Jim

I haven't noticed the Metformin, helping to lower the Sugar, I take it to help joint inflammation, results are still out on that!

Depends.. on what I eat!

(At least, that’s my best guess in the end, as I’ve never worried about measuring that).
