Last 6 months added 2000 mg of Metformin daily, on top of the Glyburide drug, and Insulin of course, I keep boxes of Imodium all around the house, I don't know how long you can take them or how many, I avg one or two daily. I think it depletes Magnesium levels also, that's why I'm boosting the Magnesium. NO WAY that (censored) is staying around any longer than I can get rid of it.
Ample supply of soluble fiber helps reduce the frequency, but the met helps with glucose control.
It is much easier now that I use a CGM. I can test as often as I feel like. 18x yesterday.

I haven't noticed the Metformin, helping to lower the Sugar, I take it to help joint inflammation, results are still out on that!
