P10 or Bleep, Cervical Collar, Head Band across mouth and cheeks. Collar holds head band in place.
No Chipmunk Cheeks, at least for me. Head band will also restrict mouth breathing (loss of Therapy Pressure).
YMMV.

LOL:-) very true. The power of anonymity behind a keyboard. All it takes is an infinite level of inanity and denseness, complemented by a dull sense of self-importance.:-) Good to see one focusing in on one's problems. Why do people laugh in their sleep?
Pretty darn appropriate.

First hit is:"Is it normal" for full cessation of involuntary breathing (Central Apnea) to last for periods in excess of 30 minutes?

Re: OA and Flow Limit Question Palerider gave me this info when I first started this journey. When I read this his post and went to the link he gave me, it was like a light came on for me. Hard to explain, but everything just fell into place. He is one of the best sources of information on here. :D ...

Re: Not getting any moisture despite humidity setting 8
The OP has solved her problem. It's time for a certain member to buzz off. Yeah, the member's passive/aggressive style of derailing a thread has become very old. Interested in how how you know that or give rise to the OPs complaint.
Could you expand on that?

Re: Switched from PR System1 to ResMed AirSense 11 Autoset
You know, I knew this guy that lived half way up a hill that had an outhouse at the top of that hill. Every time he needed to relive himself, he would walk to the bottom of the hill and run to the outhouse at the top. When asked why he did that, he said that was how all his family members did it (ab...

Not using CPAP for apnea can lower it even more...in most people.
Many have lowered it to zero.
