P10 or Bleep, Cervical Collar, Head Band across mouth and cheeks. Collar holds head band in place.

No Chipmunk Cheeks, at least for me. Head band will also restrict mouth breathing (loss of Therapy Pressure).

Not using CPAP for apnea can lower it even more...in most people.

Many have lowered it to zero.
