Re: Events per hour has increased
Well....you don't have complex sleep apnea as except for a one maybe central apnea....all your flagged events are SWJ (sleep/wake/junk) meaning you weren't asleep when they were flagged. LOTS and LOTS of evidence of arousal/awake breathing going on. I have my doubts as to whether or not you need th...

Re: Upload Sleep Test Results
My Sleep Test Results are in PDF and this site only allows png or jpg. My results are several pages.
Is there a problem with this site? I had problems loading pages yesterday and now this morning. No issues on other sites.

Re: Dry Mouth
Afrin is a much newer medicine... oxymetazoline HCL has the effect of inducing adrenaline-like hormones in the dosed tissues... that's why the effect lasts for 12 hours instead of 4. Mechanism of Action Oxymetazoline is a selective α1 adrenergic receptor agonist, which mediates vascular smooth musc...

Re: My provider
I tried that mask and just could not get it adjusted to avoid leaks and it seemed the air was coming in right at my mouth and felt like the blast was trying to blow my lips open. Too be fair, I need to look at a video of how to properly put it on. My provider was not too clear on that. In fact after...

Re: Events per hour has increased
I feel sort of stupid. vandownbytheriver, I checked out the info you gave me in the previous post and want to bookmark some of it, but cannot figure out how. Could you help? Sorry, I was specifically referring to 11:20-11:30pm (big snore and FL's) and 04:05 to 04:30am (snore and FL). No events are ...

Re: Events per hour has increased
Last nights results. Did not wear all night due to congestion issues, which mask tends to make worse at times. Maybe I need to try sleeping in a chair with the mask, because when I sit up the congestion is somewhat lessened. I will post my home and sleep lab reports later. https://sleephq.com/public...
