Re: AirFit F40 Thoughts?
I've been using the F40 for a month now. For me, it's the best mask I've ever had.(And I have them all!) I sleep sorta on my side and stomach. My face is always smashed into my pillow. The F 40 lets me do this pain and leak free. My only complaint is the small/wide cushion only comes with standard h...

Airwaav
Hi all, I found a device that keeps my tongue on the roof of my mouth at night and I want to share my findings. It's an Airwaav Recovery mouthpiece for athletes. I am no athlete, but I discovered this by accident. It is a small mouthpiece you heat and shape to your lower teeth. After the 24 hour res...

Re: f20 issues
I use gel pads on my nose with f20. It prevents the bump. Gecko is expensive but amazon has a pack of 5 cheap. Look under cpap supplies.

Re: Urgent Mask Leaking Help
I have drop jaw issues. The Airtouch F20, with the memory foam works for me. The foam makes it comfortable so I can tighten it enough to stop leaks. Just a suggestion.

Re: diagnosed with sleep apnea, need some advice
I told my doctors for 25 years, I am so tired after I sleep. Not one of them suggested sleep apnea. At the age of 60, my life fell apart when I was diagnosed with a damaged tricspid valve in my heart. My heart is enlarged and I am in heart failure. My left kidney is atrophied and my right is at stag...

Re: Morf Nasal Mask - custom fit mask
I only made it one hour with the Morf last night. I just couldn't stop the leaks without making it unbearably tight. It fit perfect the last try but hurt my nose. Guess I try reshape #4.

Re: Morf Nasal Mask - custom fit mask
First time I used the Morf I was sent, it took me 3 trys to get it to stop leaking. Moulding it is very easy. I used it for about three hours and woke up with a sore spot on the bridge of my nose. I added a silicone gel pad and it helped alot. I took a few nights off for my sore nose to heal. I plan...

Re: Cervical Collar & Much Higher AHI
Try different height pillows. I'm a side sleeper and everything I've read says I should use a high pillow. Stiff neck, headache and low oxygen using high pillows promted me to go low. After 20 pillows( for real) I found the purple harmony low loft. No more stiff neck, headache and my oxygen status w...

I use Areoflow for my DME. They carry the Bleep system and my Medicare covers most of the cost. The Eclipse Bleep may be to large for her nostrils but the orig original should work. Just a suggestion.

I have a power bank I use when camping. My Airsense 11 just plugs into a 110 outlet on it. It works great all night.

Re: Seeking Advice Adjusting to CPAP (unique anatomical considerations)
Your not the only one with this problem. I've been staying quiet because the others have been here longer and usually come up with an answer. I too have my cheeks blow outward no matter what type of mask I wear. (Even all my full face mask.) I never get a good night sleep. I've tried all the suggest...
