Simplicity Mask

Thanks to Iddemery and Windflyer for their comments. I would love to hear from anyone else who has used the Simplicity Mask.

What did you like about it? What didn't you like about it?

All feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Simplicity mask

Post by Hawthorne » Fri Nov 19, 2004 5:41 am

I have had OSA for 2+ years and the Simplicity is the mask I started with and even used for my sleep study. I like it because of it's size and the headband is quite good. I was able to wear it all night right away. I don't like that I have a mark on the bridge of my nose after using it for 2 years. Just a few months ago I bought the Comfortlite and it has about the same size of mask as the Simplicity and also come with a nasal pillows interface. I like the headgear for the Comfortlite much better but I still use the Simplicity off and on. The mark on the bridge of my nose is disappearing gradually. I will probably continue to use both masks off and on. The mask for the Comfortlite leave a mark in a slightly different place on my nose so switching back and forth means virtually no mark. I like the nasal pillows but if I have a cold I prefer a mask.
