MyEncore - Can't Read Encore Pro Database

I have Encore Pro 1.6 installed and it seems to be working fine.

Installed MyEncore this afternoon but i keep getting the follwing error.

"Unable to access the EncorePro database"

"Message: SQL Server does not exist or access denied."

does anyone know how to fix this? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

is it running?? Mine shows up in the right hand corner of my desktop and runs all the time... some folks don't leave their's running all of the time.

if i hold the cursor over the icon in the lower right corner it says it's running.

What version of MyEncore are you trying to install? Make sure you have 1.5b7
