As mentioned I have a three weeks old M series they gave me the printout fromt he card and no days were missing and as far as I oculd tell no info was gone. how would you know? I assume there woudl be holes in the days of data? Sure was not on mine all three weeks everyday was there..
That's funny as the cards only hold 7 day full data max. They hold more compliance data. Jim

check that I read they hold 90 days and then the oldest drops off. I saw the card I own the card, I read the paperwork everything for the last 3 weeks was there.. So you think they phonied up the results?? Each day was plotted on the graphs they did pick last 7 days for the detail but all the days were there

M series works with version 1.6 and up.

The problem happens randomly, not all the time.

Thanks, everyone.

And has anyone noticed that jskinner has a question? Is he being told the wrong thing by his DME supplier, or has the equipment changed?

ddpelp asked:
What am I missing all the data seemed to be there.. yet version 1.6 not 1.8 kinda funny I thought that a sleep lab would also have old software but either way..
Have you tried double-clicking on the items in the Interaction List (the list with the dates for the downloads from your Smart Card)? When you do that, a screen pops up asking for the type of report. Select "Full Details" and you should see the data that the doc/sleep lab was able to show you.

Data card Full

Post by wolftracker » Mon Apr 30, 2007 3:20 am

My data card is now full.

I have compliance data back to 3 july 06.
As each day moves forward the compliance data moves
forward ...

So for those interested that is about 10 months.
Also I have 7 days of complete data.

I was wondering when compliance data would start falling
off and it has not started.

I'm using Encore Pro v. 1.8.49 and every day I have to reload the card reader driver in order for the software to detect the reader. The windows device manager says it's working properly so I assume that the Encore software has a bug.

I started with the driver on the Encore Pro cd and even tried a driver I downloaded from Mako Technologies. They were the same.
