Air tubing

Post by Lana » Wed Oct 13, 2004 1:13 am

My 2 cats have been totally ignoring my Cpap machine until I purchased snugglehose for air tubing. All of a sudden they started looking at it like its a live animal (maybe colors or softness...who knows) and so 2 nights ago I discovered over 6 small holes along the tubing, after hearing air hissing from it. I have patched tubing the best that I can but would like to get a replacement, if possible not so expensive. I have visited several web sites but prices are so different, so maybe I'm still missing on a bargain. I'm using Remstar cpap with 6' tubing.
Thanks

That was funny, Lana. Not so funny for you to find holes in the hose, I'm sure. I'll bet if you gave the old hose (complete with the enticing snuggle cover) to the cats now, they would ignore it.

Cute cat pic, by the way.

Tubing

Post by Paul » Mon Oct 18, 2004 11:13 pm

Hi Lana

On this website - cpap.com - click on products then tubing. There is a standard 6 feet hose for $12. I recently purchased it and it looks pretty much identical to the tubing that came with my Goodknight 420 machine. I could be wrong but I dont think there is a lot of difference between tubing.
