Re: Tips for SWIFT users!!

And now how to secure the ultra-lightweight swift FX headgear: My head is smaller than most (I wear a 'youth' bike helmet--I'm 4'11") On me the back strap loops are about an inch further up above my ears than ResMed's photo. The back strap lays across--not below the rounded part of the back of my sk...

Re: Military aviator mask for full face users?

I'm old enough to remember Military surplus stores;
where out-dated stuff was super cheap; and perfectly usable,
if you didn't mind green.

Re: Hate the idea

I'm 63 and I LOVE my CPAP. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. I don't wake up at all hours gasping for breath, with a tyrannosaur-size headache --and the fresh images of a bizarre nightmare of choking or drowning. It's been 3 and a half months and I suffered through two masks that ...

My guess: pillows have less effect than a picking finger.

Re: THE GREAT PILLOW EXCHANGE

I still have 1 pair large pillows for Swift FX never out of baggie.
Will trade for small pillows for Swift FX, same way.

Re: BCBS/FL cpaper

I've been told that I need to know the HCPCS codes for replacement supplies before BCBSNE will tell me how often I can get them covered. The lookups I have found are impossible to decipher. Is there a CPAP only list that I can reference? Please? I need to know the codes for Mirage FX small pillows, ...

Re: OT! Sooooooooo.......

My brother's grandkids play hockey. The grandson is a referee, and gets PAID.
His sister plays with a vengeance atypical of a cute little girl.
My brother's ringtone is "Me like Hockey"--i forget the artist/title. . .

Re: Mirage Swift Fx

If anyone is listening out there, the one really good thing about the Mirage Micro is the air vent, which pushes the air out in a cone shape. That would be really nice on the FX. My poor husband would really appreciate it--and it's nice and quiet. Hey, ResMed! even the best can be better; and you co...

Re: Hybrid/Liberty comparison, please

I guess I need to rephrase the question: I tried the Liberty (small cushions), and it fit uh, OK, except the cushion in front of my chin stands out too far and doesn't seal well. Is there any possibility that the Hybrid might work better with a little bitty chinny? I'd also be curious about the head...

Re: I want to scream!

If your insurance is through your employer, there should be a person in the Personnel department who you could 'sic' on somebody. Our benefits manager at the county can really lay into insurance folks who are just jerking us around. We worked him a lot when we had United Healthcare. He is a honey.
