Wow! I have to say I do not know anything about surgeries for apnea, but surgery for AHI of 5 on your side sounds really extreme. All in all my numbers are not too bad with my S9 Autoset, and I love this machine.....why then if I have what I think is a restful sleep of 5 hours without too much tossing and turning, I feel awful in the am. On the other hand, If I go to sleep at 11:00pm and I'm up and checking the clock at 12:50...
