I would love to be able to interchange tubing/nasal mask between my S9, 10 and the airmini, but of course I can't. And I invested alot of money in a Resmed battery to serve as backup and to use for camping, and of course that won't be compatible with the mini, it will have its own new battery that will only work with that machine. Its like they took a page out of Apples playbook.
There is a message there.

Think?

They tied our hosts hands and every one of their vendors who have to sell at the Resmed price and can't sell/send anything out of the country. The only thing you can do is vote with your wallet.
So true, but it won't affect me, never will be a Resmed product in my household or Apple either, the only way to voice your feelings is by withholding your money, Jim

Doesn't look like it:
CPAP SUPPLY USA will accept returns on any unopened product within 10 days of the original purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit in the form of Loyalty Points will be issued for the difference. Shipping costs are not refundable.

I'd think sticking on some self-adhesive rubber feet would fix that. Industrial velcro too, perhaps.

Duck tape it to the hotel headboard.
Always travel with duck tape.
In Europe, we had a bag slashed--probably by baggage handlers hoping to steal something valuable.
Dick tape made the bag usable, and my nail polish remover obliterated the profanity scrawled in Sharpie.

In the US "Duck" is a brand of tape.
But I sure hope BB feels better - he came out of retirement for that.
I know nothing about Dick - but I think that is a sporting goods store.

Me, I would like to know where in Europe that d*** tape was procured, and is it available in the US. I cannot find a Amazon listing for it.

I used my AirMini all night last night. Not sure if I'm going to like this not for the machine, but due to the mask. The inline filter/humidifier contraption is too close to your face. It makes the nasal pillows sit at a weird angle, which causes discomfort of your nose (I'm a side sleeper, so it may be related to my position). Will continue to use it over the next week and see how it is.

Here are sound (WAV) files from last night. Hopefully they work. They were created with a sound meter app and converted to WAV format via an online converter. I took my mask off at the end of each trial to show you what the leak sounded like. Phone was about 6 inches from mask.

Ambient Noise (Air Conditioner is Running)

Average 42 db, max 52, peak 44

Average 50 db, max 120, peak 55 (was a little closer to mask when I took it off) - max was higher due to me clearing my throat

The Judge Ruled, not allowed in evidence, files were tampered with! Jim

One persons perception of sound has little to do with recording over a phone without a sound lab! Too many variables, including the person trying to determine
the level and whether it bothers them.
