Melissa.....I posted a long message to "Sharon" (Whining Hose Head) on 9/16. It might give you some ideas on adjusting the CL2. I suspect that you are into the same problem I had....nasal pillows that didn't fit correctly.

Whining new hose head
Sharon......This is my first post on this board. I'm using the same mask as you do....and I have some ideas that may help you conquer your difficulties with it. First, I realized that I needed some sort of lube between the nasal pillows and my nose. I figured that lanolin might be a good choice....a...
