Maybe just keep a little plastic tub handy to wash your stuff in (buy it small enough to fit in your sink to make it handy). AFib is why I'm on a BiPap. It has saved my life. With the BiPap I no longer have symptoms.

I'm a small minority here...I like the noise!

My house was an old corner grocery store so it sits right up to the easement. I need noise to help block out the street noise. I use a sound spa, an air purifier, and now the BPap!

Patience is the key. My first month was HELL!

Just remember that you are dramatically changing something you've been doing since birth. In my case I had to rethink and redo over 50 years of sleep.

It's different for everyone. It will get better.
