...Studies show that in severe sufferers it takes up to a year for the brain to regrow it's lost weight, which is up to 30% brain mass loss in the study I read. That's both the lost sleep and the lost oxygen as well as possible metabolic factors. Reason I'm bringing it up is yes over the short term...

The neck brace didn’t do anything but make me uncomfortable but what I did was lower the epr from 3 to 2 and that brought my ahi down for the last few days

I raised my pressure to 20 because i saw that i was having a lot of events that semi qualified but weren't flagged and i wanted to see if i could get rid of them here is my latest graph. I use a APAP Is the point of the machine to give enough pressure to respond to apnias? Is it to give enough pressure to prevent them? Your pressure is not high enough. It looks like your pressure needs are similar to mine. I would recommend a minimum pressure of 16 cm. It seems like there are two opinions here you said my pressure needs to go up to 16 another person said I just need to have patience and things will get better idk...
