Re: Waking up in middle of night and taking off mask
Wow this seems bizarre. I remember when I was younger I used to turn off my alarm constantly and miss appointments due to this strange behavior. I'd have no recollection of doing it. It was so bad that I used to set up multiple alarm clocks on other side of room and still would turn those off, go to...

Re: Reducing CPAP Pressure
First I've heard high pressure is correlated to large body mass. What source do you have to back up this?

Re: Anyone have a occasional rough night?
UPDATE! So last night I woke up around 5 AM and my nostrils we're super congested not sure why but it was making breathing difficult. I ended up spraying the "heavy guns" Sinex Ultra Fine mist into both nostrils and within minutes they cleared up and I slept another 3 hours. But part of me wonders i...

Re: Labored breathing with P10
I’m still trying to get a good night sleep. As my 6 hr. nights slowly become 5, panic and anxiety are really setting in. One thing I have really noticed the last couple of days is that it’s actually harder to breathe wearing the mask. Mainly on the exhale. Hard to tell on the inhale but it seems li...

Re: Heated Resmed Climate Hose Reduce Congestion?
Hi Diotima, I suffered from severe nasal congestion all my life. Whenever I laid down my nose would immediately block. But after getting a CPAP machine, I find (to my amazement and delight) that I can breathe through my nose at night. The magic works whether I use a full face mask, or a nasal mask....

Re: What in the world is going on with Amazon?
Looks like a little glitch in the search function has somehow pulled in some images from Amazon dogs of the day or employee posted images of their pets. Give things a bit of time and I suspect someone will fix that little boo boo. I just did a search for biscuit mix...no dog images with it....but I...

Re: Heated Resmed Climate Hose Reduce Congestion?
Does anyone know if the heated hose helps with reducing nasal congestion? Every person is different...If you go to the pharmacy you will see that they sell warm air humidifiers and cool air humidifiers. Unless you try you will not know which (if any) work best for you. Same with CPAP humidity. That...

Re: Bleep ports to sell
I've pretty much settled on the P30i as my mask now over all others, and have 3 unopened boxes of ports that I'll sell for the online "add-on" price of $88 (ie - what I paid for them) shipped to your door. "Add-on" just means that when I bought ports, first box was $36, and adding the 3 more was an...

Re: Nasal congestion at night
Breathe Right strips--"flesh tone" in the red package. The clear ones (green package) are not nearly as sticky, so get the red box. The bullfrog uses them every night. I sometimes "borrow" one if my Mucinex spray fails to open up my schnozz. Mucinex works better for me than Flonase. Different stuff...

Re: Anyone have a occasional rough night?
So last night I woke up with a jolt at around 3:00 a.m. gasping for breath even with my P10 mask on. Also it appears my mouth had opened up but I'm unsure if it was because I was having a rough time nose breathing. Ended up swapping my P30i in but over all when I got up a couple hours later for wor...
