Hi friend, I had the same issue as you. What resolved air leaks with my Airtouch F20 is Silent night mask liners. 0 leaks for months :D

I am embarrassed to admit it, but the problem was a loose connection at the brick. Happy, you were able to find solutoin, thanks to Okie. Years ago, wasn't a member to sleep/pap forums. They body system is such a mystery........ And a very complicated mystery at that. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors to get things sorted out and hopefully addressed.
