I addition to being a horrible sleeper prior to using my CPAP and having now after years of issues I used to have terrible IBS where I would take an anti Diarra pill twice a day from my GI and still always had issues now even that it so much better and I no longer that pills for IBS is this weird or has anyone else experienced the same thing an improvement in IBS after using a cpap
Also here is my last night chart any feedback is appreciated as it has been 3 weeks now
IBS and Sleep Apnea Link ???
Re: IBS and Sleep Apnea Link ???
Well, the only connection I can think of would be that on Cpap you do get the benefit of more oxygen naturally, and it has been known to enhance some bio. systems in a general way, but there is otherwise nothing that would help IBS, though I suppose if you now have more energy, are more active and have possibly lost even a little weight your digestive system might have improved... you never know . Then again someone else is bound to show up here and tell you exactly how it has helped!
