Transcend 365 Mini

Post by Skywlkr67 » Sun Aug 15, 2021 8:57 am

I purchased the Transcend 365 Mini last year because I liked the idea of the compact size and the technology of the igniter only firing when you breath in. That coupled with the smaller size and lighter weight made it seem like a perfect fit.
Unfortunately, this device has been a total disappointment. At present I am on the third replacement device and multiple times of shipping the device back to the manufacturer for repairs.
The main problem seems to be water leaking into the circuitry and showing up inside the touch screen while the device is operating.
I have handled the device very carefully when packing it for traveling and, of course, have never moved it with water in the reservoir.
If anyone is wondering I do not recommend this machine. If you are considering buying, run don't walk from this device.
I can't help but think that I'm not the only person who has had this issue since it has migrated cross multiple devises and fixes.
The problem for me is that I must have an uninterrupted compliance stream for certification for my job and this thing is causing me huge problems.
I'm considering dropping it and going with the Resmed.
Is there anyone who has information on this issue?
Also, I was told that the I could keep track of compliance via a bluetooth device, which I purchased, but that has only worked once, and not well. I talked to the seller they said that there was a problem with Apple. However, the common denominator seems to be the 365.
Any thoughts or information I would love to hear.

Get a ResMed...you won't ever be happy with the Transcend.

Is there an official source to leave feedback? This deal really burns me. It's spent almost as much time in repair as I have worn it.

This is it.
Of course, you could make a video, demonstrating the bad points,
and put it on YouTube.
If you make it entertaining, more people will see it.

Just in case anyone missed it don’t ever buy the Transcend 365 Mini I t’s total junk.
I just got my back from repair for the fourth or fifth time and I can’t even get the seller to respond to my calls or emails for my compliance data.
This is by far the worst CPAP machine on the market.
