I tried EPR 1, 2, and 3 at different pressures (mostly using APAP). EPR 2 and 3 always made me feel worse. Once I got my pressure down below 5 I turned it off. I feel more rested at pressures between 4 and 5, and I have about the same or fewer events as higher pressures. Maybe I don't need CPAP anymore?

may i make a humble suggestion?

try going without it tonight and see how you feel.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

I am having the same issues...no matter the pressure or EPR, I feel like a tired e year old. Then I will have a day where I feel like decent. I just started using the Bleep Eclipse and hoping that is what pulls me out of the miserable state.

Did you get anything figured out?
