I have Vpap III Machine and a Cpap one both cause major stomach pain and cramping to the point of having to use pain meds.
anyone else every have this?

I'm no doctor or anything in the health field - just another cpap user (autopap, actually).
What you describe sure sounds like "aerophagia" - swallowing air while you sleep, leading to painful bloating that might take all day to subside. This happens to some people on any kind of cpap, especially on higher pressures. And what's "higher pressures" for one person might be easily tolerated by another person.
I've never read of anything much one can do to relieve it. I've seen some mention using Gas-X or a similar product to help get rid of the painful bloating. And I've seen others say that no product helped them. Some tried elevating the head of their bed or sleeping with their head/shoulders up on two pillows. Many report that their aerophagia problem seems to finally stop happening after they have been on xpap ("x" meaning "any type of cpap, bipap, autopap) therapy for awhile - days, weeks, months.
I experienced that kind of abdominal pain on cpap when I first started and was experimenting with some different pressures. 14 cmw pressure caused me to swallow air. I sympathize with you - that kind of swallowed air bloating sure hurts!

But I have since talk to Dr's that tell me that people with Acid reflux or gerd
can't use cpap or vpap it pump air into stomach and the flap block release so you just pump up and up till boom! I had the machince on for only 10 mins. or so and had serve pain did not even get close to sleeping.
Well! I have low oxygen count and just that my air way is open just need O2
and it worked sleeping fine now.
