Re: Use Any Mask with your AirMini
I pulled the trigger with the AirMini and the F20 hose last night. I also purchased that 18" extension. Thanks for the help. Hopefully, it all goes as planned. I can't wait to see an aftermarket hose connector to quickly solve this workaround.

Re: Use Any Mask with your AirMini
Thanks for the reply. I'd like to do what you did, but I don't need or want the mask. I prefer to stick with my Philips Respironics DreamWear mask which is absolutely love. So CPAP.com sells the AirMini with the option: AirFit F20 Mask Setup Pack (No Mask Included, Must Already Own a F20 Mask). I as...

Re: Use Any Mask with your AirMini
This proprietary hose issue is the very reason I haven't purchased the AirMini. Even though it costs more than the Z1 and Transcend Auto that I'm looking at buying, I would much rather buy the AirMini. Cost really isn't a concern since I'm paying for the device from a company matched HSA account. Ar...

Re: Deciding between Z1 Auto and Transcend Auto
Well what features are important to you? Well the features of the two are pretty darn close I think and that's why I'm having trouble deciding between the two. I don't' really need a humidifier, so I could go with the Z1 since it isn't an option anyway. I'd like an iPhone app which the Z1 provides....

Deciding between Z1 Auto and Transcend Auto
I'm ready to buy a new travel CPAP and have narrowed it down to two: The Z1 Auto and the Transcend Auto. I'm having a really hard time deciding between these two after reading a lot of the reviews at CPAP.com. Feal free to push me in one direction or the other.
Thanks

Re: In need of a travel CPAP that I can program
Most APAPs need a little help with pre-programing that minimum pressure. A lot is going to depend on what pressure you need. If you only need 7 cm pressure the default minimum of 4 cm might do well for a person but if you need maybe 12 cm then it is going to take too long to go from 4 to 12 quickly...

Re: In need of a travel CPAP that I can program
Regarding Auto CPAPs: Since it's been so long since I've been in the market for a CPAP, am I correct in saying that if I purchased an "Auto" CPAP, I don't really have to program the pressure of the unit? Will it do it on its own? Maybe the only thing I have to do is program the lower and upper end o...

In need of a travel CPAP that I can program
I've been a long time CPAP user. Eleven years on the same old school REMStar Plus machine. It's still going strong. I'd like to purchase two new machines, one for home and one for travel. I don't want to have to go back to do another sleep study, so I'm hoping I can just talk to or meet my physician...
