Hi Pugsy and Jean,

Thank you very much for this. I will make sure to follow your guidance and wash/ replace the filters accordingly.

I will also look for the guide book and read it. Since we have exchanged the devise before I need to make sure that I have the manual. I am pretty sure I will be able to find it somehow.

Thanks again for everything. I am positive that we will be able to once and for all sort out all the issues we have been facing. I am determined to make it work.
