Dreamstation Go data
I'm thinking of switching to Dreamstation Go for my travel CPAP. But looking to see if anyone can answer my questions: 1) Does Dreamstation Go record the exact same data as the home dreamstation machine? 2) Can sleepyhead import from 2 SD cards into one account? So that i can record from my travel C...

Neck Position
So its been a couple months of trial and error. Its the most frustrating part in all of this but last night had the best AHI score to date (below). My issue has been aerophagia monster. Have tried all kinds of sleeping positions and tips from this crowd. Frankly the worst was the cervical collar - s...

But 2 killers for me: 1) The thumb monitor is made of rubber and in all the pics of the device they do not show you that its held around your thumb by a very flimsy thin piece of rubber that broke in 2 weeks. so then it doesnt work well and risks i...

Re: 2-3am AHI peaks?
Firstly thanks to all for their advice and input. Its been a couple months now on CPAP (again) and I would say this my AHI has fluctuated between high 2 and as high as mid 6. But I can say it feels largely random. So very hard to isolate all the variables in my sleep (though the 6 was after a night ...

Re: 2-3am AHI peaks?
Thanks - just getting used to the lingo. The hard part is decoding all this data and how different pieces are related to each other and ultimately and event......all i see here is that flow rate dropped unusually but i had less events and pressure seemed constant. tidal volume also looked flat.........

Re: 2-3am AHI peaks?
thanks. No I do not wake often before (that I know of) before feeling the aerophagia - its so uncomfrotbale it wakes me out of sleep.
here is the expanded view - looks like a very shallow flow rate and not sure why

Re: 2-3am AHI peaks?
so went up .5 cm and tried Dr Dakota neck torture device....woke up at 5am with sever aerophagia - felt like there was a large boulder in my gut trying to get out. interestingly my sleep after taking off neck brace was much better. but still not great. anything to interpret in the data around 4:20 a...

Re: 2-3am AHI peaks?
why are those little jumps in pressure - which i think you mean by "shark fins' means I'm sleeping well? Is that the machine adjusting? testing? just trying to understand what it means
