Encore Pro password change snag

Post by Chalkie » Sun Mar 11, 2018 11:58 am

I am hopefully getting ever closer to having Encore Pro up and running.

I was prompted to change the password and did so but am now getting the error message when I try to log in using the new password "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: MaxWidth can not be less than MinWidth".

Any ideas how to resolve this?
Machine: Philips Respironics BiPAP C Series.
Mask: Respironics Comfort Gel Nasal Mask.

Pressure 12-18.

Why are you not using Sleepyhead? I converted away from Encore Pro several years ago.

He's having to use Pro because SleepyHead doesn't want to play nice with his machine.
A bit of an incompatibility issue.
He's in the UK and got a machine that is high end specialty machine that SleepyHead isn't accurate with what it is reporting because SH can't handle the different files.

We have already tried and can't make it work well enough to trust it.

Encore Basic which is less of a PITA isn't compatible either.

It's Encore Pro or nothing. Sucks.

If you end up with the password locked this thread on apneaboard might help.
