New guy here
Just joined up. I'm scheduled to do my sleep analysis next week...will be doing the 2 night at-home test.
Sleep tech said she is "80%" positive that I have sleep apnea. I've got all the typical symptoms....probably had it for yrs.
Anyways, i'm actually a lil excited that i've finally put myself in a situation to get some help with it. I'm looking forward to actually feeling what good sleep is like again. I've been reading up a lot on the whole sleep apnea thing as well as the equipment. Hope to learn more on here.

Wonderful attitude there!
Our job would be so much easier if it were more common.

Somehow I missed seeing your initial post, but I like what I see. I think most of us who hang out here regularly like to be on top of things and wrestling them into submission. You'll fit right in.
I wish you success, whatever that is to be, either learning that your problems aren't related to apnea, or that they are and that you have the means and motivation to deal with either result effectively.

One of the best things I have done health wise in my life. I kick myself for not doing it 10 years ago when it became obvious that I had an issue, plus my wife no longer needs to sleep with my shooting ear protection on anymoreAirMech74 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 14, 2018 5:56 amJust joined up. But I told my PCP 2 weeks after I started that I might need something like anti anxiety meds since this non groggy state of mind was a bit weird.
