Re: Is there a way to block posts from certain individuals?

It's called a Mouse, it works well when driven by a functioning brain, just scroll past the offending members post, works like a champ. Jim A little self control is a good thing, Just Don't Click! I have found a effective way to make changes to what I see on forums. I got this large container of Wh...

Re: Where can I download ResScan v 3.14???

Why such secrecy?

The link for v3.16 is http://www.resmed.com/int/assets/html/s ... ister.html

5. Medicare requires compliance docmentation, so you may be asked to send in your data card so the DME can get that data. Be sure to back up the data on the card, because sometimes it doesn't get returned. I download my data regularly and let the download program erase the data. Will I have a probl...

Re: 12 years on cpap and it's time to move on.

How hard any given individual tried to make CPAP work before turning to this device is irrelevant, IMO. To the contrary, I have been following this thread since it started and I think that (how hard tried) is the point and it is especially the point for newbies. Since Corky appears to know very lit...

I believe this excerpt from a post from Johnny bears repeating: http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=20895&p=179739#p179739 My approach to moderating cpaptalk is well known. Here's the basic rational: Beware the person who wishes to legislate the morality and the behavior of his neighbor. Re...

Re: Your Choice, your Vote

If you allow some political content now, how out of hand will it get later this year with this exceptional election year? I am very much looking forward to how CPAPers feel about the candidates! Why do you think it will get out of hand? These things are always confined to a few threads. For the lif...

The Pope and Obama were on the same stage in Yankee Stadium in front of a huge crowd. The Pope leaned toward Mr. Obama and said, "Do you know that with one little wave of my hand I can make every person in this crowd go wild with joy? This joy will not be a momentary display, but will go deep into t...

Re: I'm a light sleeper and my boyfriend needs CPAP

a light sleeper? Medical science does not recognize anyone as "a light sleeper". You almost certainly have a health problem. Lack of sufficient, quality sleep will be devastating to you in the long run. My recommendation is to keep a journal and write down all your "light sleeper" symptoms for two ...

Re: Reduction in Blood Pressure?

the specialist said it is known that CPAP actually raises your BP at night . Raises it as compared to what? Lying there all night having apneas, having your oxygen levels drop, having your heart rate soar, having excess cortisol streaming through your blood? I think the specialist specializes in da...

Re: DMEs & Government; WalMart & The Free Market to the Rescue

On the bright side most posters here will be getting exactly what they deserve. I learned the forum owners are very liberal with what may be said. But I am still shocked that a nonregistered is allowed to post such wishes on the members. Someone who has the attitude of Guest and spends the time and...
