Post by Chalkie » Mon Mar 19, 2018 1:48 pm

I have periodic Limb Movement as well as sleep apnoea.

Anyone else have this issue?

This morning I woke up with my legs extended and tensed, almost rictus.
I also have about 17 events per hour to add to those caused by apnoea.
Machine: Philips Respironics BiPAP C Series.
Mask: Respironics Comfort Gel Nasal Mask.

Pressure 12-18.

Yep, been there, got the t-shirt. There's tons of reading in old threads about my journey managing my limb movements. How far along this road are you in regards to what things have you already tried? Are you on any meds? Have you tried any supplements? Have you had your ferritin level tested, as well as magnesium, Vitamin D and B12? Would be glad to offer some input based on my personal experience, but don't know quite where to jump in yet.
